 Third Quarter Evaluation – 10/17/25

Organize ministries and create a yearly calendar of events done monthly and quarterly.  Progress

Develop a new St. James kids curriculum plus teacher training. Receive new curriculum. Progress.

Increase our offerings in Youth Ministry for a more comprehensive year long program. Progress

Explore space usage in the balcony youth room. Completed

Begin renovation of the social hall for our 100th anniversary in 2026, with a timetable of three phases, starting with the new restroom construction.

Complete the cataloging of our church library for an opening with reference and general use readership options.

Send a work team from Frankford to hurricane-ravaged North Carolina. Completed

Plan and host a large mission trip group from Minnesota in July.  Completed

Create an additional shower space in an unused basement restroom to be available for Minnesota guests in July. Completed

Seek an L and I variance for the planned installation of a new electronic outdoor sign. Civic leader involvement

Explore alternative worship opportunities for Sundays, including a Hispanic service. Progress.

Plan a year of special events to celebrate our 100th anniversary in 2026. Task Force plans underway. Progress.
