Begin a Phase One of needed renovations to the Social Hall.
Complete the commercial kitchen project with the installation of the hood and of a new security alley door.

Create a Care Core ministry, providing pastoral care training to members in order to better minister to congregational members. Progress
Organize support for LCMC’s Lutheran Men’s benevolent work to needy churches. Progress
Dedicate the Christ painting, donated to us, after identifying its display location. Completed
Begin a schedule for the Helping Hands ministry intended to assist members with nonperishable toiletry needs. Completed
Develop a new hospitality area off the Pratt entry for Sunday use before and after services.
Organize and host a trip to Sight and Sound in Lancaster for members and friends. Completed
Develop a new St. James kids curriculum plus teacher training. Progress
Organize ministries and create a yearly calendar of events done monthly and quarterly. Progress
